** UK 17.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable if the buyer is situated in any State within the European Community

Buyers from outside the European Union States are not charged the UK Value Added Tax (VAT). They should note, however, that when receiving AZMAT System CD they are responsible for customs and any other charges that are applicable in their own country.

If you like a challenge and are good at marketing, then the following might interest you:-
We offer to pay any person (or organisation) the sum of Ł1000 (one thousand British Pounds) for each group of 10 individuals who buy Azmat* from us, after it is released for sale, for the sum of Ł495** each. Any payment to you will be made 14 days after we have received full payment from all 10 such buyers of Azmat*. Note that the customers are not asked to make any payment until the system is released for sale.

Terms and Conditions of the House-Draw

To enter the draw for the house the buyers, who could be situated anywhere in the world, have to fulfil all the following terms and conditions:-

1. If a person, then they must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the adult legal age in their own country.

2. They accept and agree that this offer will be governed only by the laws of England where our company is registered and situated.

3. They have registered their interest (not an obligation) by sending an e-mail to azmat@azmat.com before buying Azmat*.

4. They accept and agree that they do not need to take any of our courses or buy any tickets to enter the draw.

5. If before 31 March 2011 either 10,000 Individuals or 250 Businesses sent e-mail messages indicating that they were interested in buying Azmat* after it was released for sale, we will announce via this website that Azmat* is being released for sale.

6. The house will be offered in the draw only if either 10,000 Individuals or 250 Businesses worldwide buy Azmat* at prices that are displayed near the top of this page, within 90 days of the Date of Release (Qualifying Period). In this event, the draw for the house will take place within 14 days after the end of the Qualifying Period.

7. They are among the first 1000 persons (or organisations) who have each introduced at least 10 individuals who buy Azmat*, after it is released for sale. The number of entries in the House-Draw for such a person (or organisation) will be the number of each complete set of 10 Individual Buyers of Azmat* introduced. For example, if a person (or organisation) has introduced:
0 to 9 buyers - 0 entry - Not entered in the House-Draw
10 to 19 buyers - 1 entry
20 to 29 buyers - 2 entries
100 to 109 buyers - 10 entries, and so on.
These entries will be in addition to any other entries for that person (or organisation).

8. They are among the first 1000 persons (or organisations) who have each introduced at least 1 Business Customer who buys Azmat*, after it is released for sale. The number of entries in the House-Draw for such a person (or organisation), will be the number of Business Buyers of Azmat* introduced. These entries will be in addition to any other entries for that person (or organisation).

9. Any business that has bought Azmat* before the date of the House-Draw, will have 1 entry in the House-Draw.

10. Any group of 10 or more individuals who bought Azmat* for Ł395** each, after it was released for sale, will have 1 entry in the House-Draw for each complete set of 10 Individual Buyers of Azmat*.
For example:
10 to 19 buyers in the group - 1 entry
20 to 29 buyers in the group - 2 entries
100 to 109 buyers in the group - 10 entries, and so on.

11. We reserve the right to pay the winner of the House-Draw a cash equivalent sum, representing the average open market value of the house in the 14 days following the date of the House-Draw, instead of the house itself.

12. Seven reference codes will be drawn and winner of the Draw will be the person (or organisation) whose reference code was drawn first and who had also sent the correct answers to all five questions via e-mail within 2 hours after the Draw.

13. The participants of the draw will be required to use their skill and judgement to correctly answer five questions about AZMAT System. They might find it helpful to either read various pages that describe AZMAT System on this website or attend the webinar about AZMAT System. The answers should be sent by all 7 individuals whose reference codes were drawn, via e-mail within 2 hours after the Draw. We will publish the correct answers on this website within 3 hours after the Draw.

14. If the person (or organisation) whose reference code was drawn first had not answered all five questions correctly via e-mail within 2 hours after the Draw, then the answers of the person (or organisation) whose reference code was drawn second will be checked, and so on until the seventh person's (or organisation's) answers are checked. The House will be offered only if at least one of the seven persons (or organisations) whose reference codes were drawn, had sent the correct answers via e-mail within 2 hours after the Draw. Note that the five questions will be published on this website just before Azmat* is released for sale, and as the Draw does not take place for at least 90 days after that, you will have sufficient time to look at the questions and decide whether to take part in the Draw.

15. They accept and agree that the winner of the Draw will be offered ownership of the House 90 days after the date of the draw and the winner will be responsible for all his or her own costs related to the transfer of ownership of the house, including any stamp duty.

16. They accept and agree that all details relating to the property including transport and other facilities are believed to be correct but can not be guaranteed and should be treated for information purposes only.

17. They accept and agree that the winner’s name, first initial, city/town and country will be posted on our website for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the draw so that all the participants and any other interested parties could see that this offer was genuine and who won the draw.

For example, Ms A. XYZ of London, UK won the Draw for the House on 31 December 2010.

18. They accept and agree that until Azmat* is released for sale and people are requested to make payment for Azmat*, we reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions of the House-Draw.

19. They accept and agree that the Equity Module of AZMAT System is being used by us to offer various Charts services. The Equity Module of AZMAT System is not available under this offer; all other modules of AZMAT System are available for educational use.

The main reason for buying Azmat* should be to enhance your career prospects and not just to enter the draw (1 entry for each group of 10 buyers), for the house. At best there is a one in 10,000 chance to win the draw.

If and when Azmat* is released for sale, those people who have registered their interest in buying it will have the opportunity to examine the exact terms and conditions (under which it is being offered for sale and of the draw for the house) before deciding whether to buy Azmat*.
