files and Charts files Published Anywhere on the Internet
All information including data that is delayed by at least 15 minutes, charts
and results of calculations are provided "as is" for informational purposes
only, and are not intended for trading purposes or advice.
In the American Depositary Receipt ( ADR ) lists, we have included only those
ADRs where we could find valid ADR details; the displayed 'Number of stocks in 1
ADR' is our interpretation of ADR ratio.
We do not guarantee accuracy and you must do your own research and seek
professional advice if necessary, before dealing in any securities including
stocks, shares and ADRs.
Note: Incoming data and any calculations based on them are delayed by at least
15 minutes in any file where access is provided FREE. This is because, to the
best of our knowledge and belief, ALL data providers in the world
including stock exchanges charge
for providing access to LIVE share prices data that is seconds old. Furthermore,
they charge by the number of users who have access to LIVE data.
Paying-Customers might be able to have a file that is updated every few seconds
with no delay in incoming data. If you are interested in becoming a
Paying-Customer please either complete our ‘Charts Registration of Interest
Form’ or send us an e-mail stating full name of the file, what you would be
prepared to pay per user and the number of users. We will let you know via
email, or by displaying a message on the file itself, whether there is
sufficient demand and also whether it is technically possible to update that
file every few seconds.

Buying
Azmat*
If you are interested in buying
Azmat* when it is released for sale, please read the following:-
1. Please read the information provided on this
website about AZMAT System and decide for yourself whether or not
Azmat* is worth the price at which it is being offered to you.
2. If we have an arrangement with another company or organisation to sell
Azmat* on our behalf, we will list the names of those companies or
organisations on this website.
3. From the website of any company or organisation that has been
authorised to sell
Azmat* on our behalf, there should be at least one link to this
website and a message asking you to visit this website to read information about
AZMAT System before making a decision to buy
Azmat*.
4. When you buy
Azmat* you are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AZMAT System for own
educational purposes.
5. AZMAT System software is licensed, not sold. The licence only gives you some
rights to use the software. Micro Minerva Consultants Limited reserve all
other rights.
6. You may install and use the software on one PC only.
7. You may make one backup copy of the software media. You may use
it only to reinstall the software.
8. You may not sell AZMAT System software.

Attending Our Seminars
If you want to attend any of our Seminars, please read the following
BEFORE completing the Seminars Registration Form
Please read the information regarding our courses (Seminars link in the
left-hand column) and decide for yourself whether or not these courses are
suitable for you before you register for any of our courses.
We will only ask you for payment when we can offer you a place on a seminar
within seven days, so please make the payment only if you are ready to join the
first seminar within seven days. As we would have already allocated a
place for you on a seminar, we do not offer a refund unless the payment was made
in error.
Once
you have paid the subscription fees and we have supplied the password and
details of how to join the seminars via the web, the fees are non-refundable even
if you did not attend the seminars either in full or in part. We can, however,
offer a place on the next available seminar at no extra cost to you if you
missed one or two seminars (please contact us via e-mail within seven days of
missing a seminar).

If you want to join any List of Online Tutors, please read the following
BEFORE completing the Online Tutors Registration Form
All tutors who are in any list of Online Tutors on this site must be at least 18

conditions before supplying any details to us about themselves for
displaying on the website. They further confirm that all the information
supplied to us is to the best of their knowledge and belief true, complete and
accurate.
All tutors give their consent to us to
keep and display on our website all the information that they have supplied.
Currently we do not intend to display on our website
your e-mail address, telephone number or full address (only City and
Country).
All tutors agree to allow us to edit and display their information on our
website. The tutors are responsible for all the information about
themselves that is displayed on this site.

guarantee that tutors will receive any enquiries from potential students.

Charts Services
If you are subscribing to any of our Charts Services, please read the
following BEFORE completing the Charts Registration Form
Although we take closing stock prices and indices levels and other information about stocks and shares from sources believed to be reliable and make
every reasonable effort in our calculations, we do not guarantee or represent that the
contents of this site are accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Before
we use stock prices in our calculations and charts, we attempt to compare prices of
a large number of stocks from several sources where possible. Only when prices from two
or more sources agree, particularly for UK stocks, that we begin our calculations and prepare
charts.
If a stock is identified in the Big Move column of a Group
Sheet, please check independently to ensure that the big difference in price
from the previous close is not
due to any stock split, scrip, consolidation or rights issue.
Occasionally due to technical reasons or problems at the data source companies, we
can not verify closing prices for UK stocks or indices from at least two separate sources which agree.
On such occasions we would either
a) update using latest prices prior to market close, if they are
available - or
b) not update till the
following morning GMT when we are able to check closing prices
for the previous day with two or more
different sources that agree, or
c) update using the latest prices available on the
following morning GMT, instead of the previous day's closing prices.
Occasionally due to technical reasons or problems at the data source(s), we
can not obtain closing prices for non-UK stocks or indices.
On such occasions we would either
a) update using latest prices prior to market close, if they are
available - or
b) not update till the
following day when we are able to obtain closing prices
for the previous day, or
c) update using the latest prices available on the
following day, instead of the previous day's closing prices.
On occasions when we have used temporary prices, we shall of course attempt to
update our database as soon as possible with the correct closing prices
(over-writing any temporary prices).
Thus, the effect of using any
temporary prices (instead of the closing prices) should also be temporary and
affect calculations and charts for that day only.
Note that the date of the last price used in calculations is
always displayed
at the top of each chart and data sheet. In general, that date almost
always refers to the closing price.
Please note that the technical indicators mentioned on this
site are only an example of what our system analyses daily,
for each stock.
Where it is stated that certain signals' lines are
possibly about to cross, please note that those assumptions are based
upon certain stock price patterns and if the stock price continued to
move (or not move) in a similar manner as the recent past.
There is no
guarantee that the stock price will move (or not move) in any given direction.
All our calculations are based upon historic closing prices and any stocks (or
other financial instruments) selected by our system should be taken neither as
recommendation of any kind whatsoever nor an invitation to trade (or not trade)
them.
Please note that our site is 'hosted' by a web-hosting company and sometimes due to
circumstances beyond our control we might only be able to update the site
either partially or not at all.
There are two aspects involved in getting this site updated daily - the first is
whether we have prepared the charts and the second is whether those charts could
be transferred from our computers to this site.
We are dependent on the
web-hosting company to
provide us with a reliable service in order to transfer our charts to this site
daily. If we could not update this site due to technical problems at the
web-hosting company, we will of course attempt to update it as soon as possible.
When
looking at a chart or data sheet please check the date of preparation.
Although we aim to update this site daily with latest charts and data sheets
before the relevant stock market opens, we do not
guarantee to do so.
When closing indices levels or closing prices for certain stocks are either not available for a variety of reasons or
their accuracy can not be verified from different sources within a short time,
we might have no option but to exclude those indices or stocks from the analysis that day.
However,
as soon as the missing data is available, probably by the next day,
they will be included in the analysis.

Candlestick Charts for non-UK Stocks and Indices, please note that the week may not
represent a typical 'Monday to Friday' week, though a week should normally still
represent 5 working days.
For UK Stocks and Indices, please note that the week does represent a
typical 'Monday to Friday' week; the week begins on a Monday and ends on a
Friday unless there is a bank holiday in the UK.
