Online Tutors - Overview
If the answer is yes, you might like to join Free our Lists of
Online Tutors. We are compiling a
separate list for each subject
and where we have a minimum number of tutors available, the lists will be
published on this website for viewing by potential students.
Our website
has been established for over 13 years and numerous search engines already have
our details as an educational site (for our own courses) and of course for
technical analysis of (6000 constituent stocks of 44 stock market indices
from 30 countries) and (80 stock market indices from 32 countries). We will hold LIVE seminars via the
internet and conference call to offer advice, guidance and support to tutors if
several hundred tutors join our Lists of Online Tutors.
We also have plans to offer tutors their own website area (your
own URL), if there is sufficient demand. If you decided to join, please tell your friends and colleagues
who might also be interested.
You can have a FREE
basic listing in one subject of your choice. It is also
possible to join lists of
several subjects, provided you have at least one year's experience in
each subject that you wish to teach.
Apart from not charging you a fee to add your basic details to our
website for one subject, we also do
not intend to charge you any fee to send you contact details of
potential students
who select you as their online tutor from our website. Thus you keep 100% of the
tuition fees that you charge.
We therefore expect you (the tutor) to keep your charges low and affordable, bearing in mind the
number of lessons that the students might agree to take per month. Also, provided
the first lesson is satisfactory,
please ensure that you give a discount if they commit to a course of five or 10
lessons.
This can only help tutors as it is likely to encourage students
to tell their friends to select tutors from this website.
Please read the 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' (links in the left-hand
column). If you would like your
details displayed on our website, please complete the Registration Form for
Online Tutors.
Normally within 7 days we expect to display your basic details
FREE in the list of online tutors for one subject and send your unique reference
code that should be quoted in any future correspondence with us.
If you can introduce five students (adults and teenagers who are at least 16 years old) to our Stage 1 Introductory Course, we can add your Personal Profile of a maximum of 1000 characters (about 10 lines) to your basic information.
In your Personal Profile you can describe your teaching style, experience or
other achievements which might help potential students when selecting an online
tutor. For example, the success rate of your past students, any special teaching
technique that you have or the reasons why potential students should select you
as their online tutor.
We suggest that you mention your fees and any special
rates that you offer. We believe that most potential students would prefer to
read this additional information about tutors before deciding which tutors to
contact. Please note that we reserve the right to edit these details.
If you can introduce another five students, we can add your basic details and Personal Profile to the list of online tutors for another subject, provided you have at least one year's teaching experience in that subject.
This way your basic details and Personal Profile can be available in the lists of several subjects that you can teach online. Thus the probability of potential students selecting you is likely to increase.
Although the category in which you are placed is entirely dependent on your total teaching experience and education level, it is possible to have your details moved up the list within your category. Tutors will be placed within a category in the order of the total number of students that they have introduced to our Stage 1 Introductory Course.
Please read details of AZMAT System and of our online courses to enhance the
career prospects of teenagers and adults in Financial Modelling, Speadsheet
Programming, Investment Banking Calculations and Risk Management Systems.
Note
that all our online courses use AZMAT System but students do not need to have
Excel installed on their PC to attend any of these courses. They need a PC with
internet access and a telephone for conference call for the duration of each
session. Technically it is possible to share your computer screen with up to
1000 people.
Those who have registered for Stage 1 Introductory Course, can attend FREE
(six 50-minute sessions) of Stage 2 at Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 by
introducing four new students to Stage 1 Introductory Course.
Thus it is
possible for Stage 1 Introductory Course students to attend FREE the entire
Stage 2: Financial Modelling and Spreadsheet Programming Course by introducing
new students.
Several Students can share our Seminar fees and Telephone charges
We would like to suggest that our Stage 1 Introductory Course fee of
£50 + UK VAT, for three 50-minute sessions of seminars via the internet, and
conference call charges (to a city in Europe) can be shared among several
students.
For example, four or even five people can gather around a
computer screen and use a speaker-phone to listen to the teacher. Note that we
will add your Personal Profile to our website after five students have each paid
the £50 + UK VAT fee, quoting your unique reference code in the Comment box of our
Registration Form.
You do not have to introduce any students to our Stage 1 Introductory Course.
You can still have a FREE basic listing in one subject of your choice and keep
100% of the tuition fees that you charge.
